McCowan, £Jup't Indian school Fort Mojave, Arizona Sir: You are hereby advised that authority has been granted for the settlement of an indebtedness amounting to $12.05 incurred by you during April 1893, for traveling expenses of yourself in making regular monthly issue of rations to the Hualapai Indians under your charge, as requested in your letter dated the 15th ultimo, and as evidenced by the voucher herewith returned for file with your quarterly accounts.
