( ing the lease of what is known as •Dock Ho. 3® is dated October 1, 1912, Under this contract or lease we agree to •account for and pay over to the Crescent Company a l l wharfage, handling and dockage collected by i t under the provisions of this contract," and the contract also provides that the Crescent company sh all receive the wharfage and handling rates "which are now or may hereafter be prescribed by any law ful governmental authority" . It is my opinion, therefore, that we are to collect these charges as agent of the Crescent Company and pay them over on the 15th day of each month; but this obligation only dates from October 1st, 1912.
