Re: Proof of Beneficial Use in Connection with Perm it No. 15140 Supplementing my letters to you of November 30, 1957, and December 17, 1957, please find enclosed herewith Third and Final Notice of filing proof of beneficial use of the well covered by Perm it Njo. 15140, which should have been filed January 8, 1957, as outlined in my letter of November 30, 1957. Please advise if you have executed and returned directly to M r. Muth the proof which l heretofore transmitted to you, or if you executed and filed the application for extension of time which was furnished with my letter of November 30, 1957. I believe some reply should be made to Mr. Muth and my file does not indicate that there has been any correspondence with his office subsequent to my letter to him of November 30, 1957, in which I acknowledged receipt of the F irst Notice. If we cannot file the necessary proof at once, please execute and either file or return to me the application for extension of time as we are already in default in this m atter.
