At hectic public meeting held in Las Yogas last night, which was attended by Commissioner Allen, the order previously issued by the Cemnlssion to become effective December 1st was rescinded by Allen and further action will be subject to decision of Commission following a public hearing. Pressure is now being brought on ua to withdraw cur application, but X do not favor this as X fesl that we Bust have wide publicity given to the aloest inevitable water shortage which will occur in the Summer of 1952 as a protection for ourselves against criticism which will occur at that time. X alec feel that this publicity will assist the District ia obtaining public support to their program for bringing in Lake Mead water.
