Herewith six additional copies of the statements, which were sent to you with ray letter of March 18, 1954* Your understanding is correct that the figure of $2,297,116.14' does not include adjustment for the tax prorate or the portion of the escrow charges to be borne by the Water District, however does include all charges taken into account as of January 31, 1954 and excludes any other items which may be taken into account thereafter and prior to the sale date* As information, the item referred to as Section 9 (a) on the statement includes an amount of #310*00, representing a donation.which will be excluded on final statement at the time of sale in accordance with your letter of March 9» 1954. Also the final statement at the time of sale, as stated in the second paragraph of my letter of March 18, 1954 will include figures which are not yet available, such as collections for water service connections, which connections have not been Installed. The deduction applicable for this item as of March 22, 1954, amount to #1 ,765.00.
