Las Vegas - February 10, 1953 vu23-1-95-1 Hr* R.L. Adamson - Los Angeles Please refer to your letter dated February 5, 1953 submitting print showing ground elevations at location of 300,000 gallon water tank, WO 5015 at Las Vegas, Nevada. I suggest that elevation of top of piers be set at elevation 2165*5* fbe area immediately underneath the tank should be surfaced with about 4* of gravel and graded so that finished surface of gravel is 1 ft. below top of piers as provided on Bridge Oo. plans. Entire area shown on plan as a 3** gravel surface should have a gradual slope from center pier to outer edge of driveway to provide drainage* L*R* Maag
