On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing C.L.D. No. 15223, dated September 2, 1 9 6 5 , agreement between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company and Union Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Owner, and Sears, Roebuck and Co., Lessee of Owner, covering maintenance and operation of certain existing industry tracks at Vernon, California, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
