Dear Mr. Clark I have your favor of the 10th inst. enclosing list of directors to he elected at the ensuing annual meeting of the San Pedro, Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, and the Empire Construction Company. Have there "been any changes in the holdings of the stockholders who were represented at the last annual meetings ? If so, please advise me by wire, and at the same time mail corrected list of stockholders so that in making up the minutes we can have the number of shares of each stockholder present or represented by proxy, correctly stated. If there have been no changes, I will follow the minutes of the last annual meetings in this respect. I have received no proxies as yet except those of Senator Clark. P.S. Enclosed I hand you copy of repert just received from Mr. McDermott, on the Vegas Ranch.
