I Ausust 18 * 1953 Mr, Wra. Reinhardt - Los Angeles cc; Mr, Johnson Mr. Sari Leavitt, one of the lessees of the Old Las Vegas Ranch, called me this morning inquiring as to whether the Company would be agreeable to leasing a portion of the Ranch, approximately 300* square with 300? frontage on 5th Street, adjacent to parcel of land recently conveyed to the City of Las Vegas for grave yard purposes. Mr. Le&vitt is desirous of obtaining this lease on a long term basis for the purpose of conducting a feed yard business and if the Company is agreeable to making him such a lease would like to know the terras under which such a lease would be granted. I told Mr. Leavitt that I was very doubtful as to whether the Company would be agreeable to making such a lease, but that I would make inquiry and advise him within a few days. Please advise. L. R.
