Wilbur-Ellis Company 1-700 On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. 15175, dated June 11, 1965 between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Williams Waterproofing & Paint Co. covering the furnishing of all super-vicion, labor, tools, machinery, materials and all other items required to make repairs to Las Vegas Land and Water Company’s warehouse facilities located at 437 (453) North Mission Road, occupied by Wilbur-Ellis Co. under Contract Audit 9323, expiring January 31, 1966, and 250 North Myers Street, Los Angeles, California, occupied by Eckdahl Warehouse Company under Contract Audit 10969, expiring April 9, 1969, consideration $4,017.00, work to be completed within 150 days from June 11, 1965, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.
