CONTRACT BOND KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of ______________(hereinafter called "Contractor"), as Principal, and a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of _______________and lawfully authorized to do and do­ing business as a surety within the State of Nevada, as Surety, are held and firmly bound unto LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Nevada and authorized to do and doing business within the State of Nevada (hereinafter called "Water Company"), in the penal sum of Dollars ($ ) lawful money of the United States of America, to be paid to the Water Company, its successors or assigns, for which payment well and truly to be made, we bind ourselves, our heirs, executors, administrators and successors, jointly and severally, firmly by these presents.
