Montgomery, 15 North Oakland Avenue, Pasadena 1, California Dear Mr. Montgomery: Referring to our several conversations relative to Las Vegas Valley Water District changing location of water main on Railroad Company's property between points marked "K" and "M" shown on Exhibit "A" map attached to Agreement C.L.D. No. 1131+2, dated June 1, 1953, between Los Angeles & Salt Lake Railroad Company, Union Pacific Railroad Company, Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Las Vegas Valley Water District covering water production and distribution facilities Las Vegas, Nevada. I now enclose duplicate originals and one extra copy of the following document: C.L.D. No. 1131+2-1 - Agreement supplementing C.L.D. No. 1131+2, Agreement (C.A. Nos. 10682, 801+05 and 10682) covering sale of Las Vegas water system to provide for relinquishment by the District of water pipe line easement and granting by Railroads of two easements in lieu thereof. Am also enclosing one copy of C.L.D. No. 1131+2-2 proposed grant of two easements for water pipe lines by LA&SL-UPRR to Las Vegas Valley Water District. If the above documents are in acceptable form, will you please arrange for execution of C.L.D. No. 1131+2-1 on behalf of the Water District and return the duplicate
