I, Henry Lee, duly elected, qualified County Recorder and Ex-Officio Auditor in and for the County of Lincoln, State of -,*evada, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct Abstract of Title of the land embraced in Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, being a subdivision of parts of the West one-half (W.l/2) and the West one-half (W,l/2) of the North-east quarter (N.E.l/4) of Seotion Thirty-four (34), and the South half (S.l/2) of the South-west quarter (S.¥.l/4) of section Twenty-ssven (27), Township Twenty (20) South, Range Sixty-one East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian, Lincoln County, Nevada., as the same is shown on the Map of said Townsite now on file and for record in my office. And I further certify that there are no tqx liens or incumbrances of any hature whatever on recor d in my office against the above described proi>elrty other than those shown in the foregoing Abstract of Title.
