Well No.-11 Affidavit of Completion of Work Permit No. 11249 Applicant Las Vegas Land and Water Company Affidavit By Las Vegas Land and Water Company By A. M. Polger Affidavit dated February 7, 1947 "That atlleast" $16,277 has been expended in--- completion of said works and at the expense of applicate and at the expense of UPRR Co. for use and benflt of applicant. Improvements consisted of: "Drilling artesian well at point of diversion to a depth of 940 feet and installing therein 904 feet of 10 3/4 inch steel lapweld casing: cementing in top casing; also 200 feet of 12 inch and 440 feet of 18 inch transits pipe from top of well to connect with settling basin." "Said improvements were begun prior to September 17, 1945, and were completed prior to September 30, 1945. Proof of Application of Water to Beneficial Use (under Permit No. 11249) does not contain statement of cost of improvements.
