Las Vegas - July 26, 195h V 26 W 18-7 Mr. L. V. Peart - Omaha In reviewing the records on hand In the Water Company Office at Las Vegas, after destroying the records authorized In Form ho-l dated June 1, 195^, issued in your office, I find that we still have a considerable number of records here in the office for which disposition should be made. In view of the above I am attaching two copies of statement showing records which are still on hand in this office, and would appreciate if you would review this list and let me have your ideas as to what disposition should be made of them. As I see it, there are two or three ways in which these records could be disposed of. Namely, they could be sent to your office for storage in Omaha, they could be sent to Los Angeles for storage in the basement of the Headquarters Building at Sixth and Olive Streets, or at least a portion of them oould be destroyed and the balance stored either in Los Angeles or Omaha. In any event, would appreciate if you would review the list and advise me at an early date your recommendation as to disposition of these records. L. R# Maag A tta c h m e n ts
