Bear Sirj- Your letter January 16th* I have approved the enclosed form 30, Ho. 5-1845,. covering fruit separator installed in the Sutherland Suit packing house* I take for 7 granted that lessees have been given to understand that they will not take it upon themselves to install raachiney or other equipment in these houses with the expectation of the Railroad Company ultimately standing the expense, withoutfirst having been consulted regarding the purchase.
