    [not legible] we the undersigned do hereby Locate and claim for mining [not legible] hose on this lead Lade or Ledge or Deposit of Silver hearing Rock and are to be Known and described as the Yellow Jacket Mine [not legible] at the monument [not legible] in which this notice is placid and [not legible] in a Easterly Direction 750 feet-also in a westerly Direction 750 feet from Said Location monument the above takeo in the old Ph [Smith?]. [not legible] arr and along said Lead Lode or Ledge or Deposit of Silver bearing rack and are and including there burdened feet on each side there of for mining and working purposes we claim and in bind to hold and work Said a Claim and Mining [ground?] in accordance with the mining laws of the United States approved May 10th 1872 and in accordance with the Laws of El Dorado Mining District [not legible] Bounty State of Nevada Said [not legible] is [not legible] about one half mile north East from the champion mine [not legible] the [not legible] wash taking in the old P.K.
