Water Supply - Kelso. Los Angeles, Sept. 6, 1927. Pile 519-K Mr. A. S. Halsted: The General Manager has requested that this Department prepare Abstracts of Title on various water supply stations and pipe line locations on this unit, same to be forwarded to the Assistant Chief Engineer to be used by him in connection with detailed reports on the general status of these stations. These will be forwarded in order of their completion and for your information I am attaching hereto copies of letters of transmittal and Abstract of Title on water supply station at Kelso, California.
