Las Vegas - October 2 8 , 1953 W 2 3 -1 -1 0 9 Will you please prepare usual form of Refund Agreement with Builders Investment Corporation, a Nevada Corporation, whose address is 1821 Walnut Avenue, Las Vegas, Nevada, covering construction of water sains and fire hydrant connections to serve Cadillac Aria# Subdivision Tract No. 1, Las Vegas, Nevada, as per sap recorded in Book 3, Page 100 of Plats Clark County Nevada records. The location of said water sains and fire hydrant connections to be as Indicated on map Drawing B-63^ dated October 28, 1953 which, will be furnished by Mr. R, L. Adamson. SUBDIVIDED AGREES! 1. At its own expense to furnish all necessary materials and labor and to constructs (a) Approximately 12?0 LF of 8* cast Iron water mains. (b) Approximately 3155 LF of 6* cast Iron water mains. (c) Approximately 120 LF of 6* cast iron fire hydrant connections. The cost of constructing eald water sains (exclusive of cost of constructing approximately 120 LF of 6" oast iron fire hydrant connections) is agreed to be the sum of $16,213.00. 2. Said water mains shall be constructed of 8 s and 6 2 * 8 * Class 150 Bell and. Spigot cast iron pipe which shall conform with Federal specifications W 9-21 Type 1. All joints shall be cement. All fittings shall be new all bell cast Iron equal to ASA Standard Glass 250. All valves shall be double disk, parallel seat, bronze mountings conforming to A W A standards, not less than 175 lb»., and all valve boxes shall be of cast iron of appropriate size for each valve. Unless otherwise approved by a duly authorized representative of the Company, all pipe, valves and fittings shall be manufactured by the Pacific States Cast Iron Pipe Company or Mueller Company. All pipe line# shall be chlorinated In accordance with AW'A specifications, shall be subject to acceptance and approval of the State and City Health Authorities, and shall be constructed at an elevation to be designated by duly authorized representative of the Company, but in no event shall there be less than 3614 of cover over said water mains.
