Mr, R, L. Adamson! Please refer to your letter to me dated February 13, 1953, file 7334, relative to elevation of a proposed track which may eventually be built to serve Mr, J, A* fiberti at location shown on print attached to my letter to you dated February 6, 1953* Mr. fiberti is again inquiring as to top of rail elevation which will be used if a track is constructed and also needs to know the distance from our right of way line to center of track in order that he may provide proper clearance from building which he is now constructing* X note what you say in your letter of February 13* relative to your opinion aa to the approximate top of rail elevation and Mr, Tiberti advises that he is proceeding on the basis of top of rail being 1-1/2 feet above present ground level, I do not believe Mr. fiberti is too much concerned about the top of rail elevation in view of what you say but he does need to know the location of the track in order to provide for proper clearance as mentioned above. It may be that you could give us the distance from right of way line to center of future track on the basis of plans prepared for other Industries in this vicinity, Young& Smith for example. If you can be of any help to Mr, fiberti in this matter, please advise. Las Vegas - March 24, 1953 R-2 L. B. Maag
