    1951, by Santa Fe Land Improvement Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, addressed to C. P. Dixon, terminating on July 6, 1951, agreement LVL&WCo. Audit No. 10447, between Santa Pe Land Improvement Company and Las Vegas Land and Water Company, First Parties, and C. P. Dixon, Second Party, dated April 1, 1948, expir­ing March 15, 1952, covering license and permission for said C. P. Dixon to use premises at 326-344 Aliso Street, Los Angeles, Calif, as site for automobile parking; be, and the same is hereby, rati­fied, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement ,,N ,,L.D. 2479, dated June 1, 1951, with Nevada Construction Company, covering the construction and laying of approximately 640 ft. of 6H cast iron water main in North M a m St., between Washington A ve. and Bonanza Road, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $800; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Reinhardt in executing letter agreement nN HL.D. 2473, dated June 12, 1951, with Nevada Construction Company, covering construction and laying of approximately 3700 ft. of 8n and 6 n cast iron pipe in the West Side District, Las Vegas, Nevada; consideration $5,250, plus actual cost of premium on surety bond; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
