\ On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey in executing letter agreement bearing C. L. D. No. 15784, dated June 5, 1967 with National Engineering Company, accepting its proposal to design, process plans, and stake for constructing, a proposed sanitary sewer in City of Industry, County of Los Angeles, California, for consideration not to exceed $1,000.00, work to be completed to satisfaction and acceptance of Chief Engineer within forty-five working days, be and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President Bailey and Assistant Secretary How in executing C. L. D. 15377-3, deed dated June 20, 1967 granting to Westwood Ceramic Supplies, Inc., two parcels of land described therein, at City of Industry, California, excepting minerals and mineral rights as contained in said C.L.D. No. 15377-3, and further excepting and reserving to Grantor an easement ten feet (10*) in width for sewer purposes as described, property conveyed subject to: 1. Taxes for the fiscal year 1967-1968. 2. Easement for sewer line purposes as granted to County Sanitation District No. 15 of Los Angeles County, recorded in Book D-2007, page 292, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. 3. Easement for transmission and service water lines as reserved by Cross Water Company in deed recorded in Book D-614, page 130, Official Records of Los Angeles County, California. -8-
