Q. Ogles­by and C. B. White, Jr., chief evaluation engineer of the Ne­vada tax commission, and €. Naylor, area rent director of the local OPA office, spoke at the meeting. .. Forms were distributed to per­sons having homes completed before January 1, 1948, so they could pay their taxes under pro­test, based on grounds that these homes are ail subject to govern­ment controls and do not have the value of those not under con­trol. A tax refund may be pos­sible on these properties, Gray- : son said. H !
