In talking with A1 Cahlen, he advises me that the Sands had always been a contributor. The issue involved had to do with whether or not the Stardust was going to pick up the entire tab (which they were willing to do) or would various hotels care to participate. The Desert Inn group took the position that they would welcome everyone in the deal. It figures that it is up to us to take it from there. I would like to suggest that you check with Herb Me Donald who had a hell of a lot to say during the meeting and is more conversant with the situation than I am. In my opinion - having walked in cold and not being too familiar with the circumstances - I think we should go along with them. KAYCO FORM 1013K
