Since it's doors first opened in 1869 the FOLIES BERGERE has been entertaining millions of people from all over the world. In 1911 the first nude appeared on the FOLIES Stage, creating a Landmark in the history of Theatre. Since then such brilliant stars as Josaphine Baker, Maurice Chevalier, Charlie Chaplin, Mata Hari, Mistinguette, and even Pavlova have shared the bill with the lavish Production numbers for which the FOLIES is so famous. So tonight in the continuing grand tradition of the Music Hall, Let's raise the curtain on LES FOLIES BERGERE 1983. /
