Commencing at a point on the northwesterly line of Main Street, distant thereon S. 27° 45* W. 16*2 feet from the westerly prolongation of the center line of Qgden Avenue (formerly Qgden Street) as said Streets are shown on Map of Clark's Las Vegas Townsite, recorded in Book 1, Page 37 of Plats, records of said County; thence N. 62° 28' W. 243.2 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence N. 27° 45' E. 18*5 feet; thence S. 62° 15' E. 14.1 feet; thence N. 272 45' E. 522.1 feet; thence„N* 17° 04* 30” U, 160.8 feet to-a point designated Point "A" in description of Parcel 1, Easement Strip Five of said easement to Las Vegas Valley Water District recorded July 1, 1954 as Document No. 14123 in Book 14, Official Records of Clark County, Nevada. Together with all tenements, hereditaments, tenances thereunto belonging or appertaining. and appurIN WITNESS WHEREOF, First Party causes this Indenture to be executed the date first herein written.
