Gray the new for® to he used in salting certified list of officers and directors of Las Vegas Land and Water Company for filing with the Secretary of State, Nevada. As there was not sufficient space on the printed form, I have prepared a typewritten list and enclose herewith the original and four copies thereof. Three of these lists, when completed, should be se^t to Mr. Barry for his files.
