Mr. Frank strongs With farther reference to ray letter of Maroh 1 and our phone conversation today regarding proposal of Grandview Water Company to turn over their lines to us. With a view to expediting this matter We conferred further with Attorney lie Name e today. We are not entirely clear as to just what additional information is required to enable you to submit this proposal for approval, four memo February 14, File 3,-7334, refers to (1) developing definite advise as to lines covered by Blanket Bill of Sale, and (2) the Government5 s second condemnation suit covering a portion of the Gunnery Flying School. With regard to Item (1) the Grandview people themselves do not know what lines they have remaining outside the condemned limits, to straighten the satter out we transmitted to you with our letter Ceoesber 28 a print showing the territory included in condemnation proceedings and the water lines remaining outside thereof} also the footage that would be donated and its value. Will you please advise if there is any additional information desired In this respect. Regarding Item (2) there are apparently two items to be Ironed outs (a) The question whether we can secure from the Housing Authority a license to use the 4* line extending along the southerly edge of Blocks 4 and 9, thence Morth on Twelfth Street where it Is reduced to a 2* line extending Morth and serving the houses in Block 3 of Fourteenth Street
