    ^ 1. Subdivider to pay Company $4,416,00" estimated cost of installing approx­imately 646 L.F. of 6n and 8” cast iron'water main and approximately 25 L.F, of 6m fire hydrant connections to serve industrial area west of Union Pacific Railroad right of way'immediately south of Charleston Boulevard, Las Vegas, Nevada; 2. Company to refund to Subdivider at monthly intervals of monthly revenue received by it from customers of said subdivisions taking water from the water main so in­stalled for a period of ten years from the date of completion of said installation, or until the Subdivider has been repaid the actual cost of said line (exclusive of cost of constructing said fire hydrant connection), whichever occurs first; 5. Company to own said water lines; 4, Subdivider to furnish Company necessary ease­ments where said water main is to be laid in other than dedicated streets and alleys; 5„ Subdivider to provide Company with Policy of Title Insurance showing* (a) Where pipe lines are located'in dedicated streets and alleys, or in areas dedicated for public utility purposes; that the dedi­cation of such streets and alleys, or areas for public utility pur­poses, permits the laying of water lines and that any subdivision map with respect thereto has been duly signed by all owners of record of the land involved and duly recorded; (b) Where pipe lines are located in other than dedicated streets and alleys, or dedicated public utility area; that the easements grant to the Company a valid private easement for pipelines in said easement area; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
