F. Coghlan, presi- £ dent. The company will act as f representative of Defense Plant ? Corp, * The Montgomer firm designed ?» and engineered most of the B.M.I. utilities, and has acted in an ad- r vistory Rapacity on numerous western war plants. H. H. Gillings will be general manager for Montgomery, and Guernsey Frazier will have the administrative assistant post. Both have been associated with B.M.I, since its inception. No change in personnel or operation is anticipated, it is reported.
