Larson: 7334 Referring to your letter April 21st, file 27-33^, concerning distribution of rental cost in connection with installation of telemeter in Mr. Bracken's office at Lae Vegas. Construotion of this facility was authorized under Railroad A.F.E., and its use is in connection with production and delivery of water, and as such I think assumption of the rental charge in question properly belongs to the Railroad Co.
