LVL&WCo. RESOLUTION On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Payne in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No. 153*1-8 dated January 139 1966, with Haddock Roof Co., covering the furnishing of all supervision, labor, materials, etc., necessary to repair the roofs of buildings at 3385 Leonis Boulevard, Vernon, ^53 North Mission Road and 250 North Myers St., Los Angeles, California, for a consideration of |5»261.00, be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
