To provide the LAS VEGAS LAND AND WATER COMPANY with 9 easement in form satisfactory to the Company, such easement to be 10 5 feet on each side of the center line of said pipe line in Blocks 11 14 and 15. 1£ ARTI(ftiE II 13 The Company agrees: 14 1. Upon the execution of this agreement and the payment of 15 said sum of $1,990.00, specified in paragraph 1 of Article I here- 16 of, and upon the furnishing of said easement by the Subdivider, to 17 order the necessary pipe, fittings and other materials required 18 for making such extension and upon the arrival of pipe and materiali1 19 aforesaid at Las Vegas, to prooeed with the installation of a 6 20 inch water main oommenoing at a connection with the existing main 21 at the northerly edge of Lot 18 in Block 14, thenoe northerly 22 through the remainder of Block 14 and Blook 15, a distance of 750 23 feet, more or less, to Bonanza Avenue, along the line so staked 24 upon the ground by the Subdivider and to complete the installation 25 with reasonable diligence. 26 2.
