60-A SAN PEDRO, LOS ANGELES AND SALT LAKE RAILROAD CO. LAS VEGAS, LINCOLN CO, NEVADA. DEC 26 1904 Mr. J. Ross Clark. V.P. Los Angeles, Calif. Dear Sir- Our old friend (?) McWilliams is here and has staked out a townsite on the north half of South west fourth of sec 27- [(N2 of 5.W4- Sec 27)?] and is selling lots there. I am reliably informed that he has already sold to some saloon men. By looking on your map you will see just how this land lies with refrence to the ranch and your railroad terminals. Yours truly JKW Bracken
