2/4/86 ^V/K I was very glad to hear that you have now received electric: service in Pine Valley. I remember all the difficulties you have had in arranging service and working with the REA. I am very pleased that I had the opportunity during my trip this past August to call the REA from Vern Dalton's ranch and encourage them to speed up the loan approval process. The timing was crucial and the loan was immediately approved. Right now Capitol Hill is preparing for the President's State , ^ -tO of the Union Address, scheduled to begin in a few hours. r- However, President Reagan has been advised of your new ^ft Q electrical service and has asked me to read to you his special message: ^ <n ?
