ecute verified claims describing the materials supplied, the work performed, the amount or amounts payable for such materials or work, the name or names of the contractor or contractors to whom payment is due therefor and in the case of claims by the First Parties, the sum or sums due said First Parties for services rendered by the First Parties and determined as hereinabove provided. Each verified claim shall be presented to the Escrow Agent and a copy thereof presented to the other party to this agreement. After receipt of a copy of a verified claim said party shall advise the Escrow Agent of its approval or disapproval of such claim, provided that approval thereof shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. When such claims shall have been approved by the other party, the Escrow Agent shall make payment from said Relocation Fund as follows t (1) Where a contract or contracts shall have been entered into by the District, the Escrow Agent shall pay the a-mount or amounts specified in the claim to the contractor or contractors to whom such amounts are due for materials supplied or work performed. (2 ) Where a contract or contracts shall have been entered into by the First Parties, the Escrow Agent shall pay the amount or amounts specified in the claim to the contractor or contractors to whom such amounts are due for materials supplied or work performed and shall pay to the First Parties a sura or sums determined as hereinabove provided for services rendered by the First Parties. When all the work provided for in Section 5 has been completed and all contractors employed either by the District or the First Parties shall have been paid in full, the District and the First Parties shall so notify the Escrow Agent, and thereupon any portion of the Relocation Fund remaining in the hands of the Escrow Agent shall be paid to the District. 20.
