Campbell Realty Company are handling the sale of 5 acres on Oakey Boulevard east of 5th Street from R. J. Kal tenborn and associates to Cardoza and Ellsworth. A condition of the sales agreement is that water must be available at the tract and a deposit has been plaoed In trust to complete the extension* 1 attach copies of my letters October 25th and November 10th on this subject, and Mr, Reinhardt1* letter November 26th, all of which are self explanatory.
