On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C.L.D. No, 5329, dated November 26, 1943, extending to and including December 31, 1944, term of agreement Audit No. 10229, between Las Vegas Land and Water- Company and Heywood-Wakefield Co., a corporation of the State of Massachusetts, doing business as The Lloyd Manufacturing Co., covering lease of premises at 7th Street and Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, to be used for the manufacture and handling of furniture; rental fV5.00 per month, payable monthly in advance; subject to termination by either party on 30 days' written notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and conf irmed.
