terminating effective September 30, 1943, agreement Audit No. 10052-1, dated January 18, 1940, expiring November 30, 1943, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Crown Packing Co. and The Union Ice Company, covering installation by said Ice Company of machinery and equipment in Vegetable Shed No, 3 at Los Angeles, California; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong in executing rider, C.L.D. No, 5329, dated November 26, 1943, extending to and including December 31, 1944, term of agree­ment Audit No. 10229, between Las Vegas Land and Water- Company and Heywood-Wakefield Co., a corporation of the State of Massachusetts, doing business as The Lloyd Manufacturing Co., covering lease of premises at 7th Street and Mission Road, Los Angeles, California, to be used for the manufacture and handling of furniture; rental fV5.00 per month, payable monthly in ad­vance; subject to termination by either party on 30 days' writ­ten notice; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and conf irmed. On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Strong and Secretary in executing rider C.L.D. No, 5387, dated January 8, 1944, extending to February 28, 1946, term of agreement Audit No. 10232, dated March 1, 1943, expiring March 1, 1944, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company and Wilbur-Ellis Company, covering lease of site for storage of fertfTizrer, located on Mission Road, near Macy Street, Los Angeles, Calif.; -2-
