\ Clifford F. Vosler 717 Oa notion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President X. E. Haramill in executing Letter Agreement C.L.D. No# 15975, dated February 21, 1968 with Clifford F. Vosler, accepting proposal to furnish all supervision, labor, tools, machineary, and material as required to demolish buildings, remove debris, and clear two parcels of land owned by Las Vegas Land and Water Company, one parcel being adjacent to Etiwanda Boulevard in San Bernardino County, and the other parcel being northerly of Union Pacific1s railroad tracks in City of Industry, California, work to be performed to the satisfaction of the Vice President or authorized representative of the Land Company, for a consideration of $8,100.00| upon completion of work and presentation of invoice to cover, be, and the same is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed. __IAS VEGAS U M D AMD HATER COMPANY RESOLUTION Adopted
