This being the time set for the public hearing on the petition of Wilhelminia Dobbins for rezoning property from R-3 and R-4 to C-2 of lots 1 to 6 and lots 8 to 12, Block 11 and all of Block 19, Valley View Addition, the matter was considered by the Board. Commissioner Jarrett moved that this petition for rezoning be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. This being the time set for the public hearing for rezoning from R-3 to C-2 of a portion of the NW½ of Section 29, T20S, R61E, MDB&M, lying easterly of US Highway 95, the matter was considered by the Board. His Honor asked if there were any objections. None were voiced. Commissioner Sharp moved that this rezoning from R-3 to C-2 of a portion of the NW½ of Section 29, T20S, R61E, MDB&M, lying easterly of US Highway 95, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Jarrett stated that he wrote insurance for these people. This being the time set for the public hearing for rezoning from R-1, R-2 and R-3 to R-3-T of that property between H and J Streets from Madison Avenue north to a point 110 feet south of Harrison Avenue, the matter was considered by the Board. His Honor asked if there were any objections. None were voiced. Commissioner Sharp moved that this rezoning from R-1, R-2 and R-3 to R-3-T of that property between H and J Streets from Madison Avenue north to a point 110 feet south of Harrison Avenue, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. This being the time set for the public hearing for rezoning from C-1 to R-2-T of that property between Harrison Avenue and Berkeley Square from D Street extended to H Street extended, the matter was considered by the Board. His Honor asked if there were any objections. None were voiced. Commissioner Jarrett moved that this rezoning from C-1 to R-2-T of that property between Harrison Avenue and Berkeley Square from D Street extended to H Street extended be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. This being the time set for the public hearing for rezoning from R-1 to R-2-T of that property between North 5th Street and North Main Street, generally described as the Mountain View Trailer Park and that property extending west to Main Street, the matter was considered by the Board. His Honor asked if there were any objections. None were voiced. Commissioner Bunker moved that this application for rezoning from R-1 to R-2-T be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. This being the time set for the public hearing for rezoning from R-3 and M-2 to R-2-T of that property south of Owens Avenue between North Main Street and the Union Pacific Railroad track, a portion of which is known as the Sky View Trailer City, the matter was considered by the Board. His Honor asked if there were any objections. None were voiced. Commissioner Jarrett moved the rezoning from R-3 and M-2 to R-2-T of that property south of Owens Avenue between North Main Street and the Union Pacific Railroad track be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none.
