This being the time set for the public hearing on the petition of Wilhelminia Dobbins for rezoning property from R-3 and R-4 to C-2 of lots 1 to 6 and lots 8 to 12, Block 11 and all of Block 19, Valley View Addition, the matter was considered by the Board. Commissioner Jarrett moved that this petition for rezoning be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Sharp and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. This being the time set for the public hearing for rezoning from R-3 to C-2 of a portion of the NW½ of Section 29, T20S, R61E, MDB&M, lying easterly of US Highway 95, the matter was considered by the Board. His Honor asked if there were any objections. None were voiced. Commissioner Sharp moved that this rezoning from R-3 to C-2 of a portion of the NW½ of Section 29, T20S, R61E, MDB&M, lying easterly of US Highway 95, be approved. Motion seconded by Commissioner Bunker and carried by the following vote: Commissioners Bunker, Jarrett, Sharp, Whipple and His Honor voting aye; noes, none. Commissioner Sharp moved that this rezoning from R-1, R-2 and R-3 to R-3-T of that property between H and J Streets from Madison Avenue north to a point 110 feet south of Harrison Avenue, be approved.
