Perkins bcc: 1®?* ^®&®h Recommendation for Las Vegas Land and Water Company to construct approximately 1175 LP of 8* and 3793 1*®* 6* cast iron water mains and 120 LP of 6 N fire hydrant connections to serve Weatlelgh Tract #4, Las Vegas, Nevada, at an estimated cost of #33,620, chargeable to investment, of which ;1,115 1® a donation. Federal Development Go., Inc, has entered into private contract for construction of water mains and fire hydrant connections, at its own expense, upon understanding, subject to executive approval, the Water Company will, pursuant to Nevada Public Service Commission Rule 9, make complete or partial refund of cost of water mains, which is agreed to be the sum of i29,550. In addition, Federal Development Go., Inc, has agreed to construct at Its own expense under private contract, 120 LF of fire hydrant connections at an estimated cost of 11,115 which amount Is not subject to refund but will be capitalized as a donation. Request authority to enter into usual refund agreement with Federal Development Co. Inc. Approve! of Las Vegas Valley Water District under provision of Section 13, paragraph (b) of Agreement dated June 1, 1953 1® pending and will be obtained before any commitment Is made by the Water Go.
