No. 3608, dated May 1, 1941, between Las Vegas Land and Water Company, Lessor, and Orange Belt Fruit Distributors, Inc., Lessee, covering the west 78 feet of this Company's fruit packing house, located at corner of Walnut and Pomona Avenues, Fullerton, California, for temporary storage purposes, for term beginning April 12, 1941, and extending to May 12, 1941; rental ijplO.OO per month, payable in advance; Lessee agreeing to vacate and surrender the leased premises within two days after receipt from Lessor of written request to do so; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed, On motion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of President and Assistant Secretary Matthai in executing grant deed, N.L.D. No. 737, dated May 7, 1941, conveying to M. M. Dodson title to all of Lot 21, Block 5, Tract 1867, Yermo Townsite, San Bernardino County, California, as per plat thereof on file and of record in Book 27, Page 72, of Maps in office of County Recorder of said County; total sale price fYOO.OO, terms cash; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
