On notion duly seconded, it was RESOLVED, that the action of Vice President Ashby and Asst, Secretary Bachman in executing lease agreement C.A. No, 10343, dated Oct. 6, 1945, betweon LVL&YiTCc., Lessor, and T.. R, Sorensen Terminal Co., a copartnership consisting of T. R. Sorensen, Mabel A. Sorensen and T. R. Sorensen, Jr., covering the easterly 7500 sq. ft. of frame platform with shed roof and concrete pavement adjacent thereto, located between 4th and 5th Streets on Anderson Street, Los Angeles, Calif., to be used as warehouse for the handling of consolidated car shipments and offices in connection therewith; rental $164.58 per month, plus 1/12 of 9% upon cost of certain improvements, payable monthly in advance; term commencing on the date said improvements are completed or the building upon the leased premises is occupied by Lessee, whichever date occurs first, and extending for three years thereafter; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and confirmed.
