Sorensen, Jr., covering the east­erly 7500 sq. ft. of frame platform with shed roof and concrete pavement adjacent thereto, located between 4th and 5th Streets on Anderson Street, Los Angeles, Calif., to be used as warehouse for the handling of consolidated car shipments and offices in connection therewith; rental $164.58 per month, plus 1/12 of 9% upon cost of certain improvements, payable monthly in advance; term commencing on the date said improvements are completed or the building upon the leased premises is occupied by Lessee, whichever date occurs first, and extending for three years there­after; be, and the same is hereby, ratified, approved and con­firmed.
