Lear Sir:- Referring to your file 30-C of November 6ifch, up to this date„ I have not heard anything from Mr. Littmar who went to los Vegas with the idea of taking up the Latimer lease of the Kiel Ranch before it had ex­pired. I saw Mr. Whittemore the day he started for Los Angeles, and he told me that he had not received any advices on the subject either,hut that Mrs. Bishop, at his suggestion, had started down there and would en­deavor to arrange with Mr. Littmar to take the place herself at the time Latimer * s lease expired,- Lecember 1st.
