If for any reason, there is to be any further delay with regard to the settlement of this claim , please advise the writer at once. Your cooperation in this instance w ill be greatly appreciated. Following a brief discussion, it was generally agreed that any claims of this nature should be put in writing so that the District can him them over to the insurance company for investigation.
