A Special meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las Vegas, Nevada is hereby called to be held in the Board of Commissioners Room in the City Clerk's Office, Wednesday the 15th day of February, 1941 at the hour of ten o'clock A.M. on said day to consider and act upon the following: 1. To allow warrants Nos. 468 to 472 inclusive being pay rolls of the City of Las Vegas for the first half of the month of February, 1941. John L. Russell Mayor of the City of Las Vegas. Present Mayor Russell, Commissioners Gore, Clark, Kaltenborn and Smith and City Clerk Absent City Attorney Austin. In motion of Commissioner Smith seconded by Commissioner Clark it was moved and carried that Warrants Nos. 468 to 472 be allowed and that the Mayor and Clerk sign the same. Vote Commissioners Clark, Gore Kaltenborn and Smith and His Honor the Mayor voting aye. Noes, none. The business for which said meeting was called being concluded the meeting thereupon adjourned. Minutes of a recessed regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners of the City of Las V gas Nevada held on the 21st day of February, 1941 at the hour of seven thirty P.M. Present Mayor Russell Commissioners Ronnow, Gilbert, Krause and Corradetti together with the City Attorney and Clerk. Also Present Messrs Gore and Smith. Absent Messrs. Kaltenborn and Clark. Minutes of recessed regular meeting of the Board of Commissioners held on the 17th day of February and a Special Meeting called by the Mayor with Messrs Clark, Gore, Kaltenborn and Smith read. On motion of Commissioner Corradetti seconded by Commissioner Gilbert it was moved and carried that the minutes of meeting of February 19th be stricken from the records. On motion of Mr. Smith seconded by Mr. Gore it was moved that the minutes be approved as read. No vote was called on either of the above motion and no minutes were approved as read, and no minutes corrected or amended.
