Smith - Los Angeles: Reference your letter December 7th, File W.O. 5704: This property was conveyed to OP HR by LA4SLRRC0 per Deed Audit 535V, fee for recording this deed was $2.80 and since the consideration was less than $100*00 no revenue stamps were required. The same property was thereafter conveyed by DPRRC0 to Las Vegas Valley Kater District per OP L.S. Deed 2311} revenue stamps in amount 55# were place on said deed and the recording of said deed was paid for by the Las Vegas Valley lit ter District. Therefore, the charges should be - Revenue stamps 55#, Recording fee $2.80.
