A-786, from and to/various points in Western Trunk Line territory. Present, one-half 4th Class rate-; .proposed, amend Items 500 and 620 above referred to, making it clear that the one-half of 4th Class rating will apply on Empty Carriers, returned, when containing bottles. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 15, 1920.) Approved report of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That application for the proposed change above referred to be declined. That the items above referred to and similar ones be cancelled, allowing classification basis to apply. See Rate Advice No. 3, announcing October 25, 1920, as date effective on Interstate traffic; and date of effectiveness withheld as to Intrastate traffic. C. C. No. A-858. Present, 10% cents per 100 lbs.; proposed, 5 cents per 100 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’ s report dated June 2, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That Item 3920 of W. T- L. Tariff 50-H be cancelled and Corn Oil Residue (Soap Stock) b6 added to the specific articles set forth in Item 1690 of W . T. L. Tariff 50-H, minimum weight to remain 40,000 lbs. as at present. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 143.— Cereal Food Preparations, from and to territory covered by C. & N. W .-G. F. D. 14000-E, I. C. C. 8408. Present, no provision in tariffs of some lines; others show that Oat Flour may be handled as a product of Oats in transit arrangements; proposed, amend Rule 2-A of C. & N. W .-G. F. D. 14000-E, I. C. C. 8408, as follows: Add Oat Flour as a product of Oats. Amend description now reading “ Cereal Food Preparations” to read “ Grain Products and Food Preparations, Cereal.” (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 2, 1920.) Approved recommendation of the Standing Rate Committee as follows: That tariffs containing rates on Grain and Grain products be amended to include Oat Flour and transit tariffs be amended to show Oat Flour as a product of Oats; these rates to be applied in accordance with .the provision of Rule 285 of Western Trunk Line Circular No. l-O, namely, that Wheat rates or Wheat Flour rates, whichever are lower, be used. Effective October 25, 1920, as announced in Rate Advice No. 3. Docket No. 144.— Refined Glycerine, carloads, Ashburn, Mo., to Barksdale, Wis. Present, 37% cents per 100 lbs., minimum weight 40,000 lbs.; proposed, 26% cents per 100 lbs., minimum weight 40,000 lbs. (See Standing Rate Committee’s report dated June 3, 1920.)
