Reinhardt Mr, E, E, Bennett In connection with additions to the property of the Water Company, the cost of which will he added to the basic purchase price under terms of Agreement with the Water Company covering sale of water system to the Las Vegas Valley Water District, I am sending you herewith three copies of our "Detail of Estimated Expenditures" dated March 25, 195^, covering con­struction of the following described project which it is proposed to construct, subject to approval of our executives under condi­tions as noted on the face of the estimate: Construct approximately 310 LP of 8 kkO " and LF of 6" cast iron water mains to serve Bonanza Road Industrial District, Las Vegas, Nevada. I am also sending you herewith two prints of our Drawing B-645 dated March 18, 195$, showing location of proposed water mains. If you approve the construction of the project on the basis of data referred to above, will you please approve one copy of this letter and return to Mr, Harry E. Miller for further hand­ling and approval by Mr. Thomas A. Campbell, Chairman, Board of Directors, Las Vegas Valley Water District, as required under Section 13 of Agreement "C"L«D« 113^2 dated June 1, 1953, covering the sale of the water production, storage and distribution system to the District, in the space provided on the carbon copy of this letter, which is sent you in triplicate^ One copy of this letter, approved by Mr, Campbell, should be returned to me.
