Referring to your letter of January 11, 1952 and with return of attachment concerning refunds due Richard N. Prleth. I regret that we cannot comply with your request as we do not have a contract with Mr. Prleth. We have, however a contract with Richard N. Prleth and Bill J.RaFdon, a partnership doing business as ARHBES Company, pursuant to which we agreed to refund to the partnership a portion of the revenues. To permit making payment to you as requested, It will be necessary for Messrs.
